Here’s a little more about Amber Koahou.
How long have you been at AFL:
In July 2020, I started in the closing department working post-close, moved to drawing closing docs, and in Sept 2021, I transitioned over to processing, giving me the privilege to work directly with our borrowers to create amazing relationships.
What is your role:

Before working here, what was an interesting job you had:
Before working at AFL, I had a commercial glass manufacturing startup.
What has been your favorite part of working here:
I love the family feeling that AFL embodies, whether between colleagues or in relationships made with our borrowers.
If you could do any other job here, what would it be:
I would like to evolve into a leadership role in the future.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work:
I love spending time with my family, my partner Reko, and my two sons, Andrew and Alex, and turning everything we do into an adventure!

Having a naturally positive outlook and ability to problem-solve creatively.
