Max is a real asset to the AdvantageFirst Lending Leadership Team. His extensive knowledge of business development, finance, and the mortgage industry has been invaluable in our growth and success. Max is an integral part of our daily operations and, you guessed it, this month’s employee spotlight.

What is your role:
Business Intelligence Analyst
Before working here, what was an interesting job you had:
I’ve had a long history of customer-facing jobs in multiple industries (restaurants, banking, hotels). Dealing with the public on a daily basis always provided its own adventures. Every day had its ups and downs, but helping people was and is something I take a lot of pride in.
What has been your favorite part of working here:
Due to wearing multiple hats in my job role, I feel like I am a part of every department within the company. I like that get to work with all the different people within the company, but working hand-in-hand with Kurt is the ultimate reward. He’s helped me grow significantly on a personal and professional level since working here.
If you could do any other job here what would it be:
Justin’s (SVP of Sales). He is on the front lines for the newest and most important changes within the organization and he gets to build out the new platforms we work within.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work:
I stay extremely active. Pre-COVID I was in 3 sport leagues. I run 3-4 days a week, lift 3-4 days a week, and play all kinds of sports recreationally. Going to the beach is always on my list and I also love riding my bike around town or down by the beach.
What is your hidden talent:
I don’t think I have one 🙁
