Since adding Queen Botrus to the Operations team, she has used her vast corporate knowledge to create systems and procedures that simplify human resource processes. Queen’s ability to lead and be a team player has allowed her to execute new strategies that lead to high-performance results. Her impact has increased production for all AdvantageFirst Lending employees.

How long have you been at AFL:
1 year 7 months

What is your role:
HR Specialist

Before working here, what was an interesting job you had:
I worked for a worldwide transportation company, where I was able to travel all over the country and to other countries. I attended red-carpet events for seven years with the talent I was traveling with.

What has been your favorite part of working here:
Each day has new experiences, and I am constantly learning. My favorite part of AFL is not only the friendships I have made at work but the friendships I have made outside work that will last a lifetime.

If you could work in another position at AFL, what it would be:
I wear multiple hats, so I am content LOL!

What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work:
I enjoy working out, spending time with my friends and family, and being anywhere that involves a beach or pool.

What is your hidden talent:
I can fall asleep at any time.

What is your favorite quote:
“Stay in your head, you’re dead.”

Any other fun facts?
I can speak four languages & I am a phenomenal cook!
