Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls as well as answer inbound calls to generate business for licensed loan originators
- Contact all leads via phone, text, and
- Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, get referrals, and generate new business opportunities
- Connects quickly with consumers and builds rapport with potential clients
- Assistance in NMLS Licensing
- Input application and all documents and correspondence through our
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and follow up with multiple customer and work on multiple files each day.
- Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
Requirements
- Possess the intention to complete a training program to obtain NMLS/ MLO/ state license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, Competitive, and Driven
- Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients
