Annette Frese joins the AdvantageFirst Lending family as a multitalented and proven Operations leader.  She brings a unique ability to effectively execute processes and workflows, leading to increased productivity and high volumes of production.  One of Annette’s specialties includes processing development.  She has a successful track record of guiding employees in change management, increasing productivity levels, and creating best practices for customer service relationship management.  Her extensive industry knowledge, unsurpassed work ethic, passion for leading and growing teams, and building strong foundations for customer retention are welcome additions to the AFL team as the company continues to grow.

In her free time, Annette enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren and being in the kitchen cooking and baking.
