I believe that an educated the customer is an empowered customer, especially in what is the largest financial decision and asset that someone purchases in their life. In what is such an important transaction, there are no questions that don’t deserve to be answered and no detail that should be overlooked because sometimes the best solutions in personal and home finance are not the most obvious ones. I believe in educating and teaching home buyers and homeowners about the mortgage process – because when we can work hand-in-hand, the customer’s experience exceeds the experience that is the norm with other lending institutions where the customer just feels like another number.
Ante Zlomislic began working in the mortgage industry in 2017 for one of the largest direct lenders in the nation. There he specialized in home purchase transactions. His attention to detail, ability to structure loans, and eagerness to help everyone he speaks to has helped him become a top 10% ranked Purchase Lending officer. He funded over $30,000,000 in purchases and helping over 110 families finance new homes in 2019 alone.
After two years of originating purchase loans and guiding families through one of the largest financial endeavors of their lives, Ante decided joined to join AdvantageFirst Lending because he wanted to work with true professionals who were as determined as he was to provide an honest, transparent and service oriented experience while also further developing his career. He is a strong believer that transparency, honesty and providing an exceptional customer service foundation for any successful relationship. When Ante is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Baylee, and their two young sons, Luka and Niko. Ante, a former Division 1 soccer player while attending UC Irvine, is also actively involved in the community and has coached competitive youth club soccer in South Orange County since 2009.
