Jeff Ravenstine joins the AdvantageFirst Lending family with a wide range of Sales, Upper-Level Underwriting, and Operations Management experience. Jeff has built teams from the ground up varying in sizes and several teams at some of the largest banks. He has managed large teams of employees while breaking down barriers with various departments, focusing on customer satisfaction. Additionally, one of Jeff’s specialties is Underwriting and Credit Risk.

Customer service is the biggest differentiator between mortgage companies, and this is his number one priority. One of the most important aspects of the process is the “why” and Jeff takes time to explain in detail, so partners better understand the decision. His business passion focuses on looking out for the customer and building a “one team” approach. Jeff will play an important role in helping the AFL team with continued growth.

Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters taking hikes, swimming, and traveling in his free time.
