Joshua Dunn comes from an escrow background where his curiosity grew for the mortgage industry. Being in the escrow field for two years, paired with his natural ability to connect with people, was a seamless transition into the mortgage industry. His strong passion for helping others, combined with his ever-evolving financial literature, ensures that the families working with him are in the utmost care.
Joshua believes that connecting with his client is the most important aspect of building a customized loan to their needs. Through his experience, empathizing and bonding with his clients allows them to feel comfortable in making one of the most significant financial investments of their lives. Outside of the mortgage world, Joshua's hobbies consist of; martial arts, working out, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his French bulldog, Gus.
