Licensed with both the State of California and the Federal Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System as licensed Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Broker, Realtor, Certified Tax Preparer and Notary Public, Michael is uniquely qualified to walk with his clients hand in hand through every aspect of the mortgage and real estate buying and selling process.
Michael began his real estate career in 2002 with JPaul and Associates working as a realtor and loan officer, quickly becoming one of the company’s top producers. In the spring of 2006, wanting to formulate a more customer-focused business model, Michael branched off on his own to form Renaissance Real Estate and Mortgage, Inc. Encompassing a comprehensive, “one-stop shop” approach to helping his clients purchase or sell a home, and at the same time obtain the corresponding mortgage financing all at a discounted price.
In October of 2017, seeking a new challenge, Michael joined Kurt Cymerint and the team at AdvantageFirst Lending, realizing an incredible opportunity to bring his unique knowledge and expertise to a growing, family-owned company with an unwavering commitment to putting the client’s needs above all else.
Outside of business, Michael is happily married with 2 sons, Landon and Rylan. Coaching, volunteering and above all else being a loving husband and father are what he values the most.
