With 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Sam has been involved in every facet of the loan process which has afforded him with a wealth of knowledge and experience in identifying areas to improve operational efficiency. With this foundation, he has focused his skillset on technological development and strategy in order to drive innovation.

After working for one of the largest FinTech lenders in the nation for the last 10 years, Sam has joined the AdvantageFirst Lending team to help develop and deliver innovative, creative, and practical product solutions to increase efficiency and enable scalable growth. Sam is consistently looking for ways to improve the loan process for both the lender and consumer, and is passionate about delivering experiences and interactions that users love and leverage.

Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending his time with his beautiful wife, Lauren and two children, Beckett and Piper. He is an avid surfer and golfer, taking advantage of the Southern California weather to spend as much time outdoors as possible. He loves to play football with his son, and watch Disney movies with his daughter.
