I believe that building relationships is single-handedly the most gratifying piece of the mortgage business. By building relationships, having empathy, and solidifying an understanding for my clients’ unique situations, it allows me to place myself in their shoes and custom tailor the best loan for them. I also believe that this is the most enjoyable part of the process. Getting to know people well and serve their needs is something I wake up grateful for every day. My primary goal during the loan process is to genuinely put their needs at the highest possible priority so that they can be confident that the person they are working with is looking out for their best interest.
Tommy Feldner was recruited by AdvantageFirst Lending while he was working for a multi-billion dollar, nationwide retailer. Tommy previously held the role of District Manager, which entailed managing retail stores throughout Orange County while simultaneously managing the performance and customer experience given by over 60 employees. Tommy was also the #1 overall ranked district manager in the country in regards to performance and customer experience.
When not working, Tommy enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Ivy, and their baby boy. He also enjoys surfing, playing poker, watching re-runs of The Office, and spending time with friends.
